The agreement between you and Snappy Host Ltd once you place an order.

Terms and Conditions The terms on which we supply hosting, domains and related services to you. Data Processing Agreement The terms on which we process personal data on your behalf when we host your site. Required by UK GDPR if you host customer data with us.

What is and is not allowed on our platform, and the terms of specific offers.

Hosting Acceptable Use Policy The rules for shared, reseller, agency, VPS and dedicated hosting, including fair use, email limits and abuse handling. Switch Credits The terms of the switch credit we apply when you move to us from another host. Promotions and Offers The terms covering introductory pricing, switch credits and our discount codes.

Separate from your hosting contract. These apply to anyone browsing snappyhost.co.uk, customer or not.

If something goes wrong

We would always rather hear about it than not.

Complaints Procedure How to raise a complaint, what happens next, and how to escalate it if you are not satisfied. Report Abuse How to report spam, phishing, malware, network abuse or infringing content hosted with us, and the 24 hour commitment we make on every report.

Need a signed copy, or a document we have not published? Agencies and resellers often need a countersigned Data Processing Agreement, and larger customers sometimes ask for bespoke service level terms or a mutual NDA before a migration. Ask us and we will send one over.
