The promises
Speed
LiteSpeed with LSCache, all-NVMe storage, UK data centres, 99.9 percent uptime. Our status page is public. Open it before you give us a penny.
White-label
Control panel, client logins, transactional emails, invoices, performance reports. Every one of them carries your brand. We will not email your clients, sell to them, or turn up anywhere you have not put us.
Migration
Free migration, however many sites, done by UK engineers in one scheduled move. No minimum term. Ask for a full account backup whenever you like, including on your last day. Thirty days money back on a new hosting plan if you are not happy with it, once per customer.
Pricing
Cloud Startup is £5.99 a month, and that is the standard rate, not a first-year offer. We run no introductory pricing, so there is no discount to fall off at renewal, and if a price does change we tell you at least 30 days before. Reseller rates are wholesale, so your margin survives year two.
Support
Six hours on Standard. One hour on Priority, which adds proactive monitoring. Thirty minutes on Premier, which adds an urgent phone line and a named contact. Tickets and live chat are on every plan. Your plan states which support level you are on.
The other half
No introductory rate that doubles at renewal. No increase that turns up in an invoice you never agreed to.
No minimum term and no exit fee. It is a rolling contract with 30 days notice, and you can ask for a full account backup to take with you.
Your client list is yours. We will never market to them or cross-sell them.
No countdown timers. No invented discounts. No "3 people are viewing this plan".
Hold us to it
Uptime is published live. Response time targets are published on this page. Renewal terms are in the contract. The reviews sit on Trustpilot, where we cannot edit or remove them.
