Two ways to do it
The phrase covers two different businesses. Both work here, and they use the same servers.
A shared reseller hosting plan gives you accounts on a server we run for many resellers. A reseller VPS gives you the server. You choose the control panel, set the resource limits per account yourself, and the cores and RAM belong to your customers alone.
It suits resellers who have outgrown the account count on a shared plan, who host a few sites that need more than 4 GB of RAM, or who want to run software a shared plan will not allow: a custom mail stack, a Node.js app for one client, an old PHP version for another.
Add cPanel/WHM or Enhance and you create accounts, packages and prices the way you do on a reseller plan. The panel licence is added at cost. We install it during setup.
Agencies and IT providers with clients who each need their own server can order a VPS per client under one account and bill the client themselves. Each VPS is isolated, with its own IP, root login and operating system, so one client's Magento shop and another's Windows application never touch.
You stay the point of contact. We patch, monitor and back up every server on a managed plan; you decide what to charge for it and whether to bundle your own management on top. Order in the client area when you win the work, cancel when the project ends.

Managed VPS plans
Monthly, ex VAT. Annual billing charges ten months and gives twelve. Every plan is managed: patching, monitoring, backups and DDoS protection included.

What a reseller VPS gives you
Your reseller accounts share a server that is yours alone: no noisy neighbour, no LVE ceiling set by someone else.
Private nameservers, your own IP and your branding on the panel and client area. Nothing on the server names us.
Install what your customers need: a control panel, a mail stack, a Node app, whatever the shared plan would not allow.
NVMe on every plan, up to 300 GB, on AMD EPYC processors in three Tier 3 UK data centres.
Patching, monitoring, backups and DDoS protection are ours. The customers and the pricing are yours.
Moving a reseller account or a whole server from another host? Our UK team does it, free, with the old server kept live until you switch.
Which one
Start on the shared reseller plan if you're selling standard PHP hosting to a growing list of small customers. It's cheaper per account, the panel licence is included, and we handle the server entirely.
Move to a VPS when the limits start to bite: you need more RAM per account than the plan allows, one customer's site is big enough to deserve its own resources, or you want to sell something a shared plan can't run. The migration between the two is a cPanel-to-cPanel move, which we do for free.
Resell whole servers when your clients are asking for a server rather than a hosting account. That's usually agencies with ecommerce or application clients, and IT companies who already manage the client's other systems.
